The Ney Nature Center is a 446-acre Environmental Learning Center and Le Sueur County Park located on the bluffs of the Minnesota River near Henderson, Minnesota. The property is adjacent to the old East Henderson depot and village site, which has public access to the Minnesota River. It is open to the public for hiking, birdwatching, and X-C skiing. It also serves as a regional teaching station for NNC Programming, local school groups, and Community Education. We also have facilities available for rent for events such as weddings, private parties, and meetings.

Eco Explorer Winter Day Camp

Date and Time: Tuesday, December 30thth 9am to 4pm.
Attend day camp for a day of winter exploration at the Ney Nature Center. Students (K-5th grade) will be enthralled with learning opportunities that will allow them to experience nature through observation and education. Dress for the weather/outdoors and bring a water bottle and lunch.
Cost: Members- $20.00 per student or Non-Members $25.00 per student.
Register: Call or email (507-248-3474/info(at)neycenter.org) the Ney Nature Center Office to reserve your students place. Registration Forms can be printed and brought the day of Camp or filled out at the Ney Nature Center when dropping your child off.
